The woman, surname Dong, livestreamed her protest in front of a Shanghai building which was installed president’s “Chinese Dream” poster on the opposite side of the HNA Building in Lujiazui, by splashing black ink on the poster and saying “I oppose Xi Jinping’s autocratic rule and tyranny!” She also said “Xi Jinping, I’m waiting here for you to catch me! I splashed ink onto your portrait in front of your property”.
